The Challenge: How do I limit ACCESS to a user/group to the system? I would like to give read only access to the software functions.

The Analysis: The software controls user access via: the Main Menu>Administration Menu>System Control Menu. For this particular challenge, go to >Organization .
The Solution:Â
[F6] - to add a user/group or option 2 to change
Pick option 2 for Limited Access.
