The Challenge: A bug has been observed when you do a Data Base Field Refresh on an XML UFD (incident recorded in a 16.4.1) environment.
The Solution: When this happens, DO NOT SAVE or else you will break the map too.
RESPOND with a NO as you close the erring session (it looks like nothing has changed, but underneath it is broken).
Do NOT RECOVER changes if the erring session is interrupted or disconnected.
Print UFD using the PRTUFD command.
Create a new UFD to match everything against the printed one so that it does not affect mapping. Take special attention on User Field Definitions and Record IDs.
And the change the UFD of the map found in "Format Properties"
