The Challenge: What is the secret in the automatic conversion of dates in the mapper. We have been using YYYYMMDD, CYYMMM, MMDDYY; but I do not see any conversion program.
The Solution: It is no secret. All we need to do is make sure that both sides of the map instructions are defined to be dates (Properties).
