XML to DTD or XSD Conversion Service

The Challenge: Instead of manually entering XML elements in the map, the software has a feature that can load all of these via a DTD (document data definition)/XSD (XML schema definition). The trading partner usually just sends an XML sample file. The challenge is : How can we derive the DTD/XSD from this XML instance?
