Wrap/Unwrapped Control via Network

The Challenge: We are having a problem with a document they are trying to send via CED810ZB. We are getting this file:

Instead of this: Even though we sure we put "W" for the sixth parameter of CED810ZB.

The Solution: Check the NETWORK Settings (specially for older types of networks, where they can send files Wrapped or Unwrapped. MAKE SURE that the network configuration is NOT forcing it to be UNWRAPPED.
