The Challenge: When you are confronted with the TRN0610 error and populating both the Qualifier and Qualified element is not possible, override the following:
The Solution: [Right click] on the qualifier (of the qualifier/qualified pair).
Click on Element Properties > under "Specifications", click on [Select] > [Remove All] Qualified Elements.
