The Solution: There are four ways to specify the directory of your trading partner's server:

1) !Remote_Push directive parameter,

2) !Remote_Pull directive parameter,
2) !Remote_Pull directive parameter,
3) CD command,

4) and via FTP variables.

!Remote_Push directive parameter of the RCVSP - Remote Push Script
!Remote_Pull directive parameter of the SNDRP - Remote Pull Script
CD (Change Directory command) of the RCV - Local Pull Script
CD (Change Directory command) of the SND - Local Push Script
And lastly, using FTP variables within the !Put_Session - !End_Put loop of the SND - Local Push script.
The FTP variables are defined in the Trading Partner Relationship.
