How do I get a report/list of all the Trading Partners, EDI transaction and Retention Time?
Prescription:
The Query Transaction Center Entries—UQRYTCE API and QRYTCE let you query Transaction Center entries based on an existing Transaction Center subset you have already created. This API generates an *OUTFILE that is placed in a location you designate in the API/command parameter (check the procedure HERE). You can see the list of fields of this *outfile HERE:
Trading Partner :
TCTPINTID (Trading Partner Internal ID ) position 183, length: 15A
EDI Transaction :
TCDOCNAME (Document Name) position 30, length: 10A
Retention Time :
TCMAILDATE (Mail Date -YYYYMMDD) position 51, Length : S8.0
TCPRGWAIT (Auto Purge Wait in Days) position 73, Length S3.0
