Symptoms:

How do I fix the the <Condition name not found> message in the PED754N?

Diagnosis:

This may have been caused by switching of the format from one version to another, where the current User Element Code List does not include these codes or these codes were removed/deleted from it.

Prescription:

Switch back the format to the correct version or

find out what is the element ID of the erring element and add the codes to the User Element Code List.
