Symptoms:
The translation format organization does not match the TPR organization.
This has occurred when doing a copy of the trading partner relationship.
Diagnosis:
This message is complaining of the Trading Partner Relationship's (TPR's) organization does not match the translation format's. The TPR takes its organization from the Trading Partner Internal ID (address book). Here is a list of objects/entities that are linked to an organization.
Since this is a new trading partner internal ID (address book), and an existing TPR is being copied for this. The existing TPR would have have the organization of the trading partner match with the organization of the format associated to it. Check the organization of the new trading partner, if it needs to match the one in the existing TPR, do it via the Address Book Maintenance.
Prescription:
If the organization of the new trading partner is correct, change the organization of the translation format:
Retrieve the translation format using the visual mapper. Go to File>Format Properties. Use the organization drop down to change its organization.
If the organization of the translation format can not be change, then we need to change the organization of the User File Definition (UFD). Go to File>User File Definition Properties.
If the UFD is being shared across several organization, change it to *PUB, if not select a specific organization. This will automatically be inherited by the translation format.
If *PUB has been chosen in #3, then the Organization dropdown will show a list of organizations for selection.
